Bill is responsible for directing the overall activities of the Bank's extensions of credit to business customers, agricultural customers and to individuals. He oversees all lending personnel, approves company lending policies and operating procedures and implements effective business development plans.

Bill received his undergraduate work at Loras College with a degree in Business Administration/Finance and received an MBA from the University of Iowa. He has 22 years of banking experience in the Dubuque, IA and Phoenix, AZ markets.

Bill is a native of Dubuque and is actively involved in the community as the current president of Dubuque Initiatives; a local non-profit development corporation, president of Dubuque Main Street, LTD, a downtown development organization; board member of America's River Corporation and the Dubuque Area Chamber of Commerce. In addition, Bill volunteers on many of the local fundraising efforts for educational institutions. He is married with two children.

Dave is responsible for developing and managing relationships with commercial banking clients, with emphasis in lending and for maintaining the overall credit quality of the commercial loan portfolio. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Wartburg College and has 25 years of commercial banking experience.

Dave is Chairperson of ECIA Business Growth, Inc. Board of Directors; Treasurer and Executive Committee Member of the Board of Directors of Project Concern, Inc.; Finance and Ad Hoc Committee Member and Board Member of Luther Manor Nursing Home; Finance Officer of the Dubuque Composite Squadron of the Civil Air Patrol, an Auxiliary of the United States Air Force; member of the General Aviation Task Force of the Dubuque Regional Airport.

Duane has been active in banking for over 14 years and for the past ten years in Commercial Lending. He holds a B.A. from Loras College and an M.B.A from University of Dubuque.

A native of Dubuque Duane is active on the Loras Alumni Board, Area Residential Care Board and Executive committees, and girls? youth sport programs with his daughters.

Ron is responsible for building and maintaining business relationships with customers. He holds a B.A. from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in Business Administration majoring in Finance and Accounting. He is also a graduate of the School of Banking and Institute of Financial Education.

A native of McCook, Nebraska, Ron is active with Kiwanis, Rotary and the Homebuilders Association.

Wayne is responsible for developing and managing business banking relationships with existing clients and prospects, with an emphasis in lending. He earned a B.S. in Agriculture Business from Western Illinois University and has 17 years of banking experience.

Wayne is a native of west central Illinois and is a member of the Dubuque Rotary Club.

Chad has been in banking for nine years with seven of those in the commercial banking field. A native a Maquoketa, he holds a Bachelor of Science from Iowa State University degree in Finance.

He is an Executive Board Member of Dubuque Jaycees, a Workforce Development Committee member with the Dubuque Area Chamber of Commerce and involved with Dubuque Main Street Ltd. ? Dubuque?And All That Jazz Committee Member.

Leo holds a B.A. in Business Management from Loras College and an M.B.A. from the University of Iowa with an emphasis in Finance. He has eight years banking experience in personal banking, mortgage lending and commercial lending.

A native of Dubuque, Leo is a board member for the Substance Abuse Service Center of Dubuque, a member of the 2005-2006 Clarke College Celebrity Golf Classic and National Wild Turkey Federation Planning Committees.

Larry holds a BA degree from Loras College and has more than 40 years of business management experience. He is currently the President of the Girl Scout Board, President of the Hospice of Dubuque Board, member of the United Way Board, member of the Dubuque County Empowerment Board, and Chair of the Stonehill Franciscan Services Long Range Planning Committee.

Doug is responsible for developing and managing relationships with business banking clients and prospects, with emphasis in cash management and deposits. He has a B.A. from UW-Eau Claire and has been with the bank for 15 years.

Doug is active in a number of community organizations, including the United Way, Opening Doors/Maria House and the Dubuque Rescue Mission.

Jeff is responsible for developing and managing relationships with commercial banking clients and prospects, with emphasis in cash management. He holds a B.A. from Loras College and has 15 years of banking experience at DB&T.

He is active in the American Cancer Society Relay For Life, the Dubuque Jaycees, and the National Wild Turkey Federation.

Deb is responsible for the development and management of new and existing relationships through our exclusive ?Executive Banking Program?. She holds a B.A. degree from Clarke College and has 25 years of Retail Banking experience.

Deb has been chosen to serve on the Selection Committee for ?Dubuque Community Envision 2010?, She also serves as Vice President for the Dubuque Community Y Board, Committee member for The Chamber Convention & Visitors Bureau, Advisor and Graduate of the Leadership Dubuque Program. Deb is also on the Women Connect with DB&T task force.

Tanya has been in banking for seven years with experience in personal banking and loan administration management. Tanya is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Clarke College. Tanya is a native of southwest Wisconsin and is Vice President of the Key City Rotary club. Tanya is a volunteer teacher for Junior Achievement and is also an active volunteer in her children's sports activities.
