DUBUQUE, Iowa – August 27, 2018 – Dubuque Bank and Trust is pleased to announce the addition of John Nemmers to its Wealth Advisory Services (WAS) team. John has more than 23 years of legal experience in estate planning, wills, trusts, probate and real estate.

In his current role, John is responsible for acting in a fiduciary capacity to properly and efficiently administer estates and trusts. Prior to joining Dubuque Bank and Trust, John served as a partner at Reynolds & Kenline, LLP, and served part-time as a Magistrate Judge in Dubuque County until 2017.
John earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa and his law degree from the Chicago-Kent College of Law. John is a board member for the Friends of the Mines of Spain, a non-profit group that supports the E.B. Lyons Nature Center and Mines of Spain Park.
